In an ISO 9001:2015 certified facility, a housekeeping vendor is a direct input into the quality management system. When that vendor's gaps show up in your compliance posture, they become your problem at audit time.
Designed for the audit room before the first shift started.
Every zone was assessed and documented before staff were deployed. Zone-specific SOPs were written and agreed with the plant admin. A colour-coded equipment system was introduced: dedicated tools per zone, never shared across areas. All staff completed an EHS induction covering PVC dust containment, correct PPE, chemical safety, and spill response. The programme started on Day 5.
SCFM started with 10 staff across the compliance-critical zones, production floor, machine areas, washrooms, and canteen, covering both shifts from day one. Production cleaning was scheduled around active runs to prevent contamination. The second shift executed a full end-of-day deep clean. As compliance gaps closed in real time, SCFM was trusted with the remaining zones. By Month 4, all 9 zones were under a single programme with 15 staff and a dedicated supervisor.
Every shift closed with a zone-wise checklist signed by the supervisor. Chemical usage was logged per zone per shift. A daily WhatsApp report reached the plant admin by end of shift, every day without exception. When the ISO 9001:2015 surveillance audit was conducted, the quality team pulled SCFM's records without preparation. Zero audit observations were raised.

Documentation was ready for the ISO auditor on the first day of the audit visit. No preparation was required. The housekeeping records were the most complete we had seen from any vendor at this facility.
