Site Assessment
Every high-rise project begins with a full site assessment before any scope is confirmed. Access points, anchor locations, facade material, height and structural considerations, and building occupancy are all reviewed and documented. No team goes up without a written assessment on file.
Team Deployment
Height-certified teams are deployed with the correct access method, equipment, and approved materials for the specific job. Every team member is briefed on the scope, the safety plan, and the building-specific requirements before work begins. A qualified supervisor is present throughout.
SLA Monitoring
A supervisor conducts quality checks at each stage of every high-rise project. Work is inspected against the agreed standard before the next phase proceeds. Any remediation is identified and addressed before the building team is notified of completion.
Reporting and Review
A project completion report with photographic documentation, scope summary, and any exterior observations flagged for building management is issued after every job. For scheduled programmes, reports are shared with your team via WhatsApp and email on a cycle you confirm.
