Team Deployment
Specialist-trained cleaning teams are deployed with the correct equipment, approved products, and documented method statements for the specific job. Every team member is briefed on the scope, the standard required, and any compliance obligations before work begins.
SLA Monitoring
Quality checks are conducted during and after each specialist cleaning job. Supervisors inspect work against the agreed standard before sign-off. Any remediation required is identified and addressed before the facility team is handed back the space.
Reporting and Review
Completion reports, product usage records, and photographic documentation are provided at the end of every specialist cleaning engagement. For scheduled programmes, performance reviews and service records are shared via WhatsApp and email on a cycle you set.
