Bricks, cement remnants, plywood offcuts, packaging, and construction waste cleared from all floors and areas. Debris segregated, bagged, and removed from site in coordination with your waste disposal arrangements.

Ceiling-to-floor dust removal from all surfaces including walls, beams, ducts, ledges, and floor surfaces. Fine construction dust cleared before detailed surface cleaning begins to prevent re-contamination.

All floor types cleaned according to their surface, marble, tile, vitrified, hardwood, and concrete. Initial protection applied where required to prevent damage during continued site activity.

Construction adhesive, paint splatter, cement film, and dust removed from all glass surfaces, window frames, and sliding tracks. Interior and exterior glass cleaned to a streak-free finish.

Switches, sockets, door handles, hinges, sanitary fittings, and built-in hardware cleaned and polished. Protective film and stickers removed from all fixtures and appliances where applicable.

Tiles, grout, sanitary ware, basins, counters, and plumbing fittings scrubbed and sanitised. Cement haze, grout residue, and construction film removed from all wet area surfaces.

Lobbies, lift shafts, stairwells, corridors, and common areas cleaned to presentation standard. Entry points and handover areas given priority finishing for client walkthrough or possession ceremony readiness.

Final walkthrough with site supervisor before handover sign-off. Any areas requiring touch-up addressed on-site. Cleaning completion report shared via WhatsApp and email for your project records.
