Plant layout, shift structure, industry type, compliance requirements, and high-risk zones assessed before programme design. Staffing levels, shift coverage, and cleaning frequencies confirmed and deployed. Dedicated on-site staff or periodic deployment visits based on the facility's requirement.
Production floors, assembly areas, machining zones, and active manufacturing areas cleaned to the hygiene standard required by the industry type. Cleaning scheduled around production runs to avoid contamination or workflow disruption.
