Three problems. One tight window.
Multiple vendors were engaged across cleaning, façade, safety, and documentation. Each ran their own crew, their own schedule, and their own definition of done. None of these problems were unusual. All of them landed on the developer's desk.

One contract. One site lead. One daily status report.
Before a single crew was deployed, SCFM conducted a floor-by-floor assessment across all three towers, categorising units by completion status and possession priority. A sequenced deployment schedule was in the developer's hands within 48 hours of mobilisation. They knew exactly where SCFM would be, and when.
Post-construction cleaning teams worked floor by floor. Debris removal, cement and paint mark treatment, fixture detailing, glass polishing, and floor finishing progressed in sequence while high-rise façade teams operated simultaneously on the exterior. Invisible grill installation was sequenced as each floor cleared, eliminating access conflicts. No unit was marked ready without supervisory sign-off from the dedicated SCFM site lead.
SCFM ran a dedicated snag-clearing pass across every unit. 47 issues were identified and resolved before the first buyer walked the floor. Completion certificates, SOP adherence logs, and safety installation records were packaged and handed to the developer as a complete possession document set on handover day.
